They'll spend the time to look up just the part that you need. I have purchased 2 lawnmowers, a hedgetrimmer, and a generator from them over the last 10 years, as well as having my equipment serviced there when I don't do it myself. They always do good work. They get busy during the summer with repair work, but they sell quality equipment, and can service just about any brand of lawnmower or yard equipment. If your equipment isn't worth repairing, they'll tell you. They serve many of the commercial lawn maintenance guys, so you know they know their stuff.
