I was told it would be $48 to replace the battery on my alarm system. The guy came, sat in my driveway for 25 minutes before he ever came to my door, was in my house 10 minutes, was rude and unprofessional, then sat out in his van for another 25 minutes before he left. I never received a bill, but did receive a phonecall where I explained the problem. I was then given over to the office manager, who listened and said she "would get back to me". SHE NEVER DID. I NEVER RECEIVED A BILL IN THE MAIL, never received a reminder bill- I ONLY GOT A NOTICE THAT IT WAS GOING TO COLLECTION. HARD TO WORK WITH, UNPROFESSIONAL, DO NOT CALL BACK, AND DO NOT FOLLOW UP. I would use someone else for sure unless you want to get billed three times what they quote you.

They have great prices, do a really good job, work quickly and efficiently, and tell you everything they have done and what materials they used.  Its just hard to get a call back sometimes..
