Popcorn Acoustic Ceiling Texture Application, Repair or Removal

The initial consultation and communication were very professional, and the team seemed reliable and capable. Owner, admin and team are very friendly. The project started well, giving me confidence in their work. However, the pantry ceiling was left completely untouched, and smoke alarms were left hanging from the ceiling (safety issues), despite the final payment being made after the owner assured all work would be completed. Communication continued after the final payment, but once I reported the unfinished pantry ceiling all responses stopped. I delayed moving into my home, trusting the project would be finished as promised. The lack of follow-through, accountability, and responsiveness turned a promising start into a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience.

Awesome from start to finish, very professional the owner is very detailed. Very good work, neat and clean up after work , the company professionalism is extremely phenomenal will definitely used them again and recommend them to anyone I know. They deserve more than a 5 star.

Ken and his crew came in, went to work immediately, stripped off the popcorn off my ceiling,, I stalled a level 5 finish then painted my ceiling all in 3 days. Job was done professionally and my house was left clean as a whistle.
