Honest and did a great job.

I called KC at 6 pm on a Saturday night and he called me back by 8 pm. He showed up on Monday as agreed (I arranged access to my unit) and he determined it was just a clogged drain line that automatically shut off the unit. He fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. I have been using KC since I moved into my Villa 4 years ago and had an emergency with in the first few days of ownership. Another A/C guy told me I needed to replace my unit. I called KC for a second opinion and he told me I had at least another 3-4 years left on my unit. He is honest and only does the work that is necessary at a reasonable cost I highly recommend him!!!!

Problems are always resolved in the most appropriate fashion, whether it is a minor issue or a totally new system.

Kc saved me! He was honest, professional, courteous, and fast! My air conditioner broke right before my grandchildren were coming to visit. The first contractor I called, not KC, said I needed to replace the unit for $5,300! I called KC for a 2nd opinion and he was able to fix it for $450! I would highly recommend KC and will definitely use him again in the future!

I don't write many reviews because everyone wants an "A" rating and so few deserve one. But Mr Saunders was truly exceptional. He, the owner, does the work and answers the phone, not some wet behind the ear tech trying to upsell you on stuff you don't need. In 20 years, he's the first one to remove the panel from the heart of the air handler, the coils, and clean the pan. I ferried hot water and bleach while he truly cleaned the gunk and algae and blew and sucked out the line with his shop vac. He pointed out deficiencies in my systems like adding a safety float on the second unit which I had been told wasn't possible. He explained and pointed out rust and leaks and bad wiring on a suspect system without being pushy or hard selling. It was a real education in Air Conditioning with a patient Master. He professionally called 30 minutes ahead, was on time, and went about his business thoroughly and methodically when it was time to get down to brass tacks. Can't recommend this company enough. A little higher priced than some, but I definitely got what I paid for, and more. Extremely satisfied and can recommended without hesitation. However the British accent takes some concentration to understand LOL.

My family has been using KC for years for all of or AC needs. Between 4 houses, we have replaced all of the 6 units and KC maintains all of them whether it for warranty work or the twine-yearly services. He is always very accommodating and professional, but most importantly, he knows what he is doing!

I'd really recommend this company to anyone. K.C. came out, explained what needed to be done and gave us a time frame and an estimate. The work was done in a few days for a reasonable price and we are nice and cool! We couldn't have asked for anything more!

I have used KC Saunders for the last 4-5 years on our rental property; and when we bought a home this year, we had him come out an inspect the furnace for us. When I call, KC returns my calls promptly or will text right away. We feel he has always been honest and fair with pricing, prompt for an appointment, and gets the work done efficiently. We are happy with his work!

KC has been my person to go for many years. He takes care 2 of my properties and business. He is quick to respond, honest and his prices are fair. He is very knowledgeable and can diagnose issues quickly. On one ocassion he was going on vacation with his family and I needed his services. Instead of putting me off, he responded and found a way to have my problem solved before he left. When it comes to AC repairs, it's important to have someone that will do what is right that won't try to take advantage of his customers. KC is that person. He is reliable, hard working and most importantly, he'll get your AC fixed.

KC was courteous, knowledgeable, reliable and the service was reasonably priced.

It went very well.  My unit is on the roof and the air handler is in the attac with very limited access.  K.C. made a trip to Home Depot to have plywood cut to size so that he had somewhere to crawl in the attic space.  He placed the plywood up in the attic and made it much safer for access.  I have three unit total and he did this for all three attics and only charged me for the actual wood itself. 

He is very efficient and kind in dealing with a customer and I really appreciate him.  Does great work, fast and efficient.

Very professional, worked hard during the life of the existing units to extend lift cycle. Only recommended replacement, once unit was too old and could not repair or run efficiently. 

Great workmanship, very clean, efficient, and thorough. Unit installed with attention to codes. KC Saunders guided us through steps of operation, seasonal temperature levels, and maintenance suggestions. He returned to our condo several times to make sure unit was operating properly.Mr Saunders' crew provided a safe environment during the installation. Highly recommend KC Saunders for all matters related to air conditioning.

This guy was great!    He was recommended to me from my son-in-law who uses KC at his business.    KC answers the phone himself and he came out within a few hours.    He is very professional and very personable.   He took care of the problem and I think his price was VERY reasonable!    I will definitely be using KC in the future.

Casey showed up on time and performed the requested service without incident. He only performed what was necessary and did not take advantage.  The cost of the service was very reasonable.  He is a personable and knowledgable A/C guy and it is a pleasure to use him.

Due to repeated blockages, we ran a new drain line and hooked it up to a pump to insure proper drainage.
