Karen sold and closed my condo in 90 days; exactly what I had hoped for as I did not renew my tenant's lease so I could sell it. She knew the market extremely well, was punctual for all calls and texts, and got the job done!

We had a great experience working with Karen. She helped us sell our condo in Golden Lakes Village that had belonged to my mom. It was a difficult decision but she helped us thru the process with kindness and patience. She knew the ins and outs of the condo association and what is required to make sure everything was in order from our end and also the buyers. Her rate was very fare and she worked to get the property listed the day we signed the contract to have her represent us. I signed the contract in the morning and the pictures and the listing was up by the afternoon. Very down to earth person. No nonsense and no funny business. I'm grateful for all her help.
