JM Woodworking replaced three window walls in my house three years ago. The paint is now pealing off and the wood is rotting from underneath. I called Jeremy five times in five days to see what I needed to do to fix it, but each time, the person answering the phone said she would forward my message, but nothing happened. I finally got Jeremy's email and he responded that he wanted to come out to see what was happening that next week. That was one month ago....no Jeremy, no text saying why he didn't show up, no email to reschedule. I have not followed up because that obviously didn't work the first six times. If this is the client service you want or quality of work, be my guest.
