Jeff called us and we set up an appointment . We wanted a free estimate for a hot water heater replacement. He promptly arrived at the time we conveniently scheduled. He answered our questions and explained what he was going to do. We accepted the price he quoted. He left and returned later with our new hot water tank. He and Junior did the install. We were very happy with his work and we had hot water once again. Highly recommended.
