We wanted to say "Thanks" to Jeff Tricoli and the wonderful and talented support team that he has working with him each day. From day #1, we knew we picked the right team to sell our home in River Bridge. Jeff showed up very prepared with all the supporting comps and prior sales in the area. This way, we were able to "price" our home to sell quickly in a very competitive market. He quickly had a very professional photagrapher show up the next day. They took interior and exterior pictures of the house, landscaping and water views while using a high-flying drone to capture every angle possible. In addition, they posted about 40 awesome pictures of the inside and outside of the house and then added them to Zillow and other websites immediately so our home could get the maximum exposure in a very short time. The Tricoli team also, via the US Post Office, mailed out a very beautiful colorful half page flyer of our home to over 25,000 + people in Palm Beach County as well as following through with other key marketing strategies at no additional cost to us. His team always answered all of our questions and walked us through everything we needed to know or do right up to the closing day. We put our place for sale July 17th and we closed on September 7th and had several offers. Awesome team, for every step their was a specialist to walk us through the process. we found a house and the T-Team got us a showing right away, I was able to make an offer right then and there. 45 days later, were living the dream. Unbelievably well! I had read reviews of Jeff Tricoli, and they were so awesome that I decided to hire him. It was one of the best decisions that I ever made! He really knows the market, which I saw when he first came over to see my home, and to discuss presentation and pricing. When the photos of the home were published I could not believe how gorgeous they were! I compared them with photographs of homes for sale taken by other realty offices, and the difference in the quality of the photos was, for the most part, like night and day. So I have to say that the photographer was superb. The second week the home was listed I had an offer. (Actually the first weekend the home was listed I had a full-price offer, but the buyer had a home to sell in Pennsylvania, and wanted to sell his home first before buying mine, but he and I both realized that could be a long process.) The home went into contract with the second offer, and The Tricoli Team made the entire process as terrific as possible. Jeff, Ryan, and Julie were always texting me, calling me, or e-mailing me, to make sure that everything was going well on my end, and asking me if I needed any assistance. Buying or selling a home is a stressful process, but Jeff and his team were there for me, every single day, making the process as trouble-free, informative, and as pleasant as possible.
