Excellent response time and performance.

As a property manager, I received a call from a tenant reporting a strong odor in a large office building. The tenant was going to send all the employees home if nothing was done immediately and implied they would charge the Landlord for loss of revenue. I contacted Integrity Plumbing and explained the problem. They responded quickly and were at the property within 40 minutes from the time I called. The company came with (2) plumbers and begin to investigate all accessible plumping pipes and fixtures. They used an impressive smoke detection device that pumped smoke in to the exterior clean outs to determine possible damaged or loose pipes or pipe fittings within the building. They discovered (2) sewer gas leaks: (1) leak was above the ceiling from a exhaust pipe connected to a bathroom and the (2) was a floor cleanout located within a large office. They made the repairs quickly and the odor problem was resolved. Integrity Plumbing and their staff were excellent and really demonstrated a solid understanding of plumbing within a large office building. I strongly recommend them to anyone commercial or residential customers who want a really good plumber.

They did a great job. They even made me aware of the warranty on the faucet that was replaced.

It went great! Integrity provided the new handicap accessible toilets, removed the old fixtures, cleaned out the drains and installed the new toilets. They replaced our jacuzzi fixtures and repaired the incorrect work that a previous plumber had done on the initial installation. They replaced the counter-installed dish liquid pump - which was a special order from the manufacturer and they replaced the disposal in our food prep sink in the island. They left everything cleaner than they found it and the plumbers were both extremely efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.
Their work was excellent and I will hire them again.

First he ran his snake to clear the root blockage, then he wanted to inspect the entire line with his camera (he did not charge for this) and beyond the recurring root problem he found additional root problems. He cleared this problem and started inspecting again with the camera and found the primary cause of the problem, a cracked and partially collapsed section of pipe. He made sure to locate where the problem existed. At this point he reviewed the situation, the options and his suggestions. the decision was made to replace the damaged section of pipe and he immediately set to work. When I came out to inspect his work, he had remove the grass in very neat piece, placed all dirt on a tarp and had just completed replacing the damaged area. He filled the hole with the dirt stopping every foot or so the compact the dirt. when he placed the grass back in place he heavily the area. When he got in his truck, you could not tell he had been there. We will call him for all of our plumbing needs
