Ryan?s work was excellent and completed in a timely and professional manner. He required no supervision. He
was punctual, accommodated all of my requests with a positive attitude, and took great care to protect my property from dirt and damage. We passed all Palm Beach County inspections. Also, Greg was very flexible with respect to scheduling the work around that of other contractors and inspectors.
Since I.M. Electric was sub-contracted by my GC, I do not know the actual cost of the
electrical work. I can only assume that since Gemco?s total price was fair, so was I.M. Electric?s.
In summary, do not hesitate to hire I.M. Electric for your electrical needs.
