He got manipulative (after we signed a contract for him and his partner Richard Berman to represent Seasonal Rental in Palm Beach for my property) with very clear pricing and praise from them on the property till of course I got the call suggesting an under the table deal for brokers(hidden from the publics view to "sweeten the Deal", with a $10,000.00 bonus out of my pocket of course)
to suddenly get them to even show up... to promote the property, at the last hour in season. I was horrified and had to fire them
which then knocked me out of the box for rental at that last juncture. Horribly manipulative and scheming. Danger, Danger, Danger
