I’ve fought ants before and it’s been a long and agonizing journey. This year, we got a new rep; Dustin. He came in and eradicated the ants in one treatment! This, by the way, is at Admirals Cove and he was efficient and polite and conscientious.

They did a perimeter spraying every 3 months. Once a year I pay fee for termite spraying. They were dependable and good.

The insect control is excellent, we are continuing to use them. The lawn maintenance is not very good. There are more weeds, brown spots, etc. now than when we hired them. Really nice people but not very good.

Excellent job with pest control. Terrible job with lawn service. My lawn looks horrible compared to my neighbors on either side, neither of whom have a lawn service. this despite my having a carefully controlled automatic sprinkler system. Lots of talk and excuses but little action.

Hulett came to this house when i was remodeling and taken down to the studs. They told me home didnt need to be tented so let them treat as they recommended. $1800. Then less than 2 years later found termites swarming they say need ed tenting. Another $1300 so $3100. The chemical are terribly strong still hard to go into the house 2 weeks later thats how strong. Also they killed all my plants surrounding the house 25 of them all the shrubs. so thats another $1200 I had to spend. Their response - it says that in their contract it could happen. So you are outta luck. They are right I am outta luck and outta $4300 on a job they got wrong from the first place. I would never ever hire these guys again. Un responsive most of the time and scatterbrained. and again killed everything around my house. if you want to hire them don't say i didn't warn you... PS i hired another company on here for my commercial building to tent and that job was done right none of these issues. I almost never bash a company on here after like 10 uears reviewing but they deserve it

We will see if this is an effective way to stop termites. It is advertised as an alternative to "Tenting" the house. I hope so, but I am not sure.

Excellent. Sales rep came a second time when I spotted another infestation. Both he and rhe technician were very professional and spent time to explain in detail the process. The rep was very knowledgeable about termites, the process, and follow up process. They also gave a very detailed and thorough proposal which price included an extensive warranty.

My experience started out very good but did not end well. Angel came out and gave me a full inspection of my home. He Recommended services and I used them for five months. They also returned when needed. I decided to cancel the mosquito reduction program, as it wasn't really helping. I was told it would be canceled the same month. They came anyway and performed the service and charged my credit card. They did not call the night before and I had my kids toys outside and a rug drying while they put pesticide all over my backyard. I was very unhappy and I called Hulett . I spoke with Chantel and was told they cannot "confirm" that I canceled the service, since I don't know the name of the person I spoke with. She was very rude and did not offer to resolve the situation. I understand mistakes can happen but I will not work with a company that gets defensive and does not offer to fix the problem. I will not use them again.
