Wonderfully. All work was done in 1 1/2 days. They carefully covered my clothes and the floor and after they cleaned up, there was not a spot of dust anywhere. Workmen were very polite. The new configuration of the duct work in my house was just what I needed to make the house much cooler and the a/c unit is working more efficiently. Phil came to the house; drew new plans and showed us why the old way was not working.

Ashley in the office was great, gave me all the information I needed to make the best decisions for our rental property. Xavier did the service and called me to explain the issues, the cost and let me know when he had completed the work. When we decided it was time for an entire new system Phil went through our options, and because we have a service contract, we got an extra 10% off the cost. I trust Hopkins!

Went great. We chose a top of the line Lennox with variable speed compressor. Extremely quiet and efficient. Hopkins crew did a fantastic job.

We replaced our entire system due to the desire to reduce our energy consumption and address some performance issues with our current system. Chad Hopkins performed a thorough load calculation and listened to our concerns (many more details provided in my original review). We agreed on a package that would address all the issues we were having and set an install date. Chad's team arrived right on time and started the work. They were nothing but professional throughout the entire process. Always arrived on time, always provided updates, kept a neat work area, and provided an overview of the work completed and pending at the end of the day. My wife was home throughout the process and was 100% satisfied with her interactions. Upon my return from my business trip I noted a few cosmetic things (very minor) that I wanted addressed and Chad sent his guys right back out to address with no hesitation. After about a week we didn't feel as if our humidity levels were as low as they previously were and brought this to Chad's attention. He requested time to research the matter so he could come up with the best possible solution. To our surprise, he worked directly with Lennox and gave us a solution that was not even available to the public yet. We decided to give it a try and by the end of the day it was clear the issue was resolved. Although this required an upgrade to our thermostats and an extra component that had to be installed into our handler, Lennox provided the parts for free and Chad personally performed the install for no charge. Needless to say, we are more than satisfied with the work performed by Hopkins Air and STRONGLY recommend them to anyone looking for a top notch AC contractor. Especially if your project is large in scale or your problem is complicated to diagnose. Chad has the knowledge and equipment to address any HVAC concerns.

Hopkins installed a new unit in my home, and I was very pleased with the service and attention. Avier, Tyre, Vincente, and Benny Calcano were very respectful, professional, courteous. They answered all my questions and completed the job when they said they would. They even returned the following day to answer some more questions I had. I would recommend this company any time.

The Estimate was done efficiently and quickly. While we are not doing the ductwork job right now we did contract with Hopkins on a yearly maintenance program. Our first semi annual visit was this week and the workman was punctual and really good at explaining what he was doing. He did a thorough job and we are confident our system is in tip top shape. We would highly recommend Hopkins to handle all your air conditioning needs.

They were highly professional, did an excellent job. They were on time, cleaned up, the technicians were helpful. They followed up  week later to be sure things went well. They insured I knew how to use the new thermostat.

We had our entire system replaced simply due to its age and the grounded compressor. Our old TRANE 5-ton system was about as near trouble free as we could have hoped for. Our new LENNOX system installed by Hopkins A/C is fantastic. We are happy with the results and especially happy with the Customer Service and installation. Only time will tell how much of a savings we will gain, and the ability to tweak our system to our comfort level. I would definitely recommend Hopkins to anyone needing not only help with their current A/C unit but to also give them a call if you are in need of an upgrade. True Professional Organization that is first class putting the customer first.

We had a deal a few years ago where they did a number of home, I think 18 or 19 homes here in the community. So, we continued with them and they have done an unbelievable job. Some other residents have been using them for service and they love them. They come out twice a year; spring and fall. They are absolutely wonderful. They are a small family owned company and they care about their customers. I am continuing to use them. We are doing service now and it is like $350 a year. The system went in a few years ago when government was given all sorts of rebates and everything, that is hard to evaluate.

I contacted 7 companies on FPL's participated contractor list, and they were the ONLY company responded. The estimate was fair, and the tech showed up in a reasonable timing. It was a good experience.
