They showed up when they said they would and at the right time. They were polite, brought their own water, lunch and drinks but accepted some ice when I offered. They laid down plastic over the area they were to lay their vacuum (which was a hepa vacuum so I wouldn't get any of the dust in my home) and worked quietly as possible and finished the job in 2 days instead of 3. They cleaned and vacuumed my house where stray pieces of insulation might have fallen and cleaned up my yard. They took all the old insulation away. After they finished, there was no sign that they had been here in my house. They worked very hard and I feel like I got good value for my money.
