Hard Rock Epoxie Floors

Update: Sam finally showed up today after I sent a threatening text yesterday. He did do the job, fixing several peeling spots on my garage floor. I sure hope nothing else goes wrong.

Called a few companies for estimates and decided to go with this company. Sam, the owner, came out quickly and was very responsive to calls and texts. The end result looks great and it was completed on time and professionally.

The initial job went well. The quality of the work was good and the price was fair. After three years we need some touch up work and Sam Azar does not respond. After repeated phone calls and repeated promises, Sam failed to keep an appointment, did not call to postpone or offer a reason for not appearing and I have not heard from him since. Needless to say I would not do business with this company ever again.

Provider gave a 5 year warranty covering "any and all repairs". Within a few months the floor began cracking and peelingi in several places. After numerous attempts, owner Sam Azar cam to my home and "fixed the damaged areas. Several months later the garage floor began peeling and blistering in many different areas. I attempted to contact Sam Azar numerous times and he finally agreed to come look at the damages. He never showed up for the appointment and stopped returning my calls.
Stay away from this Provider. He does shoddy work and does not honor his warranty.

Five Stars......Called on an advertized special  and talked to the owner Sam, he came out and gave me a price to do the job and the date they were available to preform the service,  ...  they called a day before to ask if they could move it forward one day so they could finish the previous job they were on ...no problem,... they came out the following day and did an Excellent job ....and we paid when they were done that day....Several days later I noticed our A/C unit had a loose connection we had not noticed previously and the drip had marred the floor finish before it could dry,  I called Sam to see if I could acquire a little touch up paint to make the repair,  ....he stopped by a couple of days later and did the repair for me at no additional charge,,,!!!  very professional company with an owner whose word is good !   I would highly recommend this company.
By the way..the garage is much more user friendly and looks like a palace ....Thank you to Sam...

First Sam did my garage. He showed up on time. Floor looks good and it took about 6 hours. Then I called him back last week to do my patio. He wanted 1200. I told him its only 300sf and I thought 800 was fair. He agreed. It was raining Tue so he asked if he could come later in the day. I said fine but i'm going out so let me know. I left at 130 and came back at 330. I walked into the yard and the floor was painted. He never took off the old stain and just painted over it. He swore he did it but it was a lie. All the old bumps and imperfections were still there. He seen I wasn't home and took a shot. The right way to do it so the epoxy hold is grind off the old finish. No way could this job(done right) take 2 hours. Don't use the guy. I wonder how many other people he screwed. Needless to say I didn't pay him for the half fast s*** job I have to live with now.

So far, it has worked out fine. He arrived when he said he would and finished the job in the estimated time frame. The price was exactly what he said it would be. He is a very nice.
