Pool and Spa Servicing
A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE for building a pool. Average in price yet in the end more costly then others. Refused to itemize contract and proved costly for me in the end. Perpetually late. Owner only showed up on job site to deal with escalation issues, provided NO project management nor supervision, never got his hands dirty. Had no supervision nor control over subs. Was rarely present when subs and inspectors were on the job. Extremely sloppy with unnecessary damage to property. Rude. Lacked any attention nor concern to details. Stated he'd complete the job in 6 -8 weeks, and took 7months. FIND ANOTHER CONTRACTOR
