Gulfstream Cooling continues to impress with their incredibly professional and thorough service. I've used many local HVAC companies over the years, but none come close to the level of expertise and customer care that Gulfstream provides. From the initial installation of my AC unit four years ago to the regular maintenance visits, their technicians are honest, knowledgeable professionals. What really sets them apart is their no-nonsense approach - there's never any high-pressure sales tactics when they come out. They simply do their job at the highest level of quality and let their work speak for itself. During this latest tune-up, Steve took the time to carefully inspect every component, clean the system, and ensure everything was at peak performance. His attention to detail was amazing. Gulfstream Cooling is head-and-shoulders above the competition in technical ability and customer service. They have earned my complete trust and loyalty as an HVAC provider. I give them the highest recommendation to anyone seeking truly professional air conditioning service.

I needed a new coil for my air condition unit. An excellent job was done by Brian as well as by the Supervisors. I was billed for the labor ($500) as the coil part was under warranty. Keeping my fingers crossed that all will go well down the road.

First experience with Gulfstream. Steve fixed piping and replaced a part of A/C line that was not working (reason for callout). He assessed our old A/C and provided helpful insight to keep our home cool and A/C running. Steve charged a reasonable fee for the work completed. Overall a great experience. I see why the reviews are as high as they are. I would recommend to friends and family and will use Gulfstream again in the future.

"Luis" arrived on time and did a good job, but while checking out my A/C and heating he seemed to be on the phone texting and talking with someone so he wasn't totally concentrating on the work he was doing for me. Also he had many many tattoos on his arms -- they were well done. He talked a little, but not much. He seemed to do a good job -- he was quick and professional (except for time spent texting and on the phone). So I rated him B not A. I would use this company again.

These guys are very thorough, professional, offer high quality work for a fair price, and leave everything in better condition than when they get to your home. Critical in this current time, they follow COVID-19 safety protocols on their own and without complaint, and they remain focused on the task at hand of fixing up the A/C and getting the job done. Highly recommend their services.

Excellent and prompt service

They always seem to do a good job (as evidenced by no A/C problems in between annual tuneups). This year there was an intermittent problem following the tuneup, but they came back out immediately and fixed the problem. Pricing is reasonable, especially with an Angie's List discount.

On 05/17/20 I contacted Gulfstream Cooling Inc. because my AC unit had stopped working intermittently, the time of contact was after 6:00 PM. Within a few minutes Mr. Tota, the owner called and discussed the problem with me. He advised me that according to the description that I gave him of the problem it sounded like I had a plugged up drain line, he asked if I had a shop vac, perhaps I could clear it? He also advised that he would schedule a technician just in case I could not clear it and call them in the AM to confirm the visit if necessary. I tried clearing the line my self but was unable to do it, so this morning at 8:30 AM, I called them and they advised the tech would be there at 1:00 PM. The Technician "Johnathan," called at about 10 AM to confirm his arrival at 1 PM. He arrived on time, he cleared the line did a complete maintenance, gave thorough instructions on keeping the line clear and sent me a product they use to keep the line clear between maintenance visits via text. He also advised me of their ongoing maintenance program for a onetime charge which covers two visits yearly and 10%+ discounts on any parts needed to repair which I will do. This company is excellent, they installed my AC unit approx 3 years ago. If you choose them you won't be disappointed. The owner Mr. Jason Tota takes a first hand interest in his customers and will call you back himself, albeit his staff is always ready to help. The Technicians are excellent and have always done a thorough job. My experience with other companies have not always been as thorough as the Technicians who come out with GS. Excellent!

I can't say enough great things about Gulfstream Cooling. They made the entire process of buying two new AC units easy and without any drama. From Mike the sales guy to Steve and his team that did the install, they were respectful and took great pride in their work, which is rare today. After comparing over 8 different quotes from various companies, we purchased a 2 ton and 4 ton Bryant units. When making such a large buying decision, for us it was not just about price and brand, it was also about the company that did the actual work. If I could get this company 10 stars I would!!! I am a single woman and often when I hire someone to come to my house to fix something..they always try to take advantage and rip me off! I did some research and found them here on Angie’s List “TOP RATED” over 1,140 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 star reviews! Reason my AC stopped cooling. So I got a call a half an hour before Steven (which happened to be one of the owners) showed. He was extremely nice and professional. Fixed my corroded wire and my AC was up and running in no time! I called Gulfstream to set up an appointment for a maintenance check regarding an a/c unit in a condo. I spoke with Keisha, who was very helpful and kind. She advised me to speak with the condo office to see if there is a cooling tower on the roof. If so, I should use the company that the building uses for maintenance and repairs because it could save possible problems in the long run. I called the condo and they indeed do have a cooling tower. I then called Keisha to let her know that I will use the condo's company and am very grateful for her advice. It clearly appears that Gulfstream wants to do right by their customers, even if it means losing a customer because of particular circumstances (as in my case). Thank you again Keisha.
