Several of my family members have used Gulfstream Cooling and have nothing but positive things to say regarding both workmanship and professionalism.
The technician, Steve, was ahead of schedule, which was impressive. He was presentable and professional, which is high on my list when hiring service contractors.
Steve assessed the condition of the AC unit. Since it is an older unit he chose to clean the coil while it remained secured, rather than remove it an create further damage. He was careful and thorough. I appreciated his honesty and was presently surprised he didn't attempt to sell me something I didn't need.
He left the work area spotless. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.
