Floor Cleaning and Waxing
They left out spots - so I have two very dark brown spots. They ruined a very good piece of furniture by not protecting it. A person who claims he bought the company said he would fix it, he canceled all 3 appointments. He has been trying to get the materials and the truck to repair the situation. I feel like I'm getting the run around of "I'm trying to help you but there is nothing I can do." I am disappointed in their lack of responsiveness and inability to take responsibility for the problems.
