The owner of the shop was knowledgeable and responsive. He had previously repaired my sister's Kenmore and was highly recommended. He did a fantastic job on my machine. Additionally, he showed me two machines that could help me in my side business more suitable to the job of industrial repair than my light weight Kenmore. I sew both clothing as well as heavier projects and definetly plan to return to purchase a heavy duty industrial machine for my horse business.

Brad was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He completed the work quickly with high-quality results. As an added bonus, he scoured through his extensive stock of obsolete parts to find few missing pieces for me. I really appreciated his good work, and I am so happy to have this old family heirloom running again!
