Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. Purchased the Gold Window Cleaning + Deep Track cleaning add-on. Communication, scheduling was fine. Team that showed up was friendly and courteous. But.. cleaning was fair at best. Specifically, the Deep Track cleaning(+$80). They simply wiped out the tracks with a damp cloth. Work order states they use vacuum, brushes, and towels. They missed 6 of the window tracks. I had to point this out. Minor accident on one window. Rolling blind bracket broke off wall. Accidents happen.. ok.. They brought it to my attention. Ok.. The forgot to re-install 2 screens. Some of the windows still have white spots. Probably hard water stains that is NOT a part of the Gold package. It's an add $$.

Glass Act did a 'class act' job! This is the second time I have hired Glass Act Window Cleaning and they did an excellent job once again. Jacob was very professional and explained in detail the process of sealing the driveway and filling in where the pavers had slightly separated. He listened carefully to my request and questions and I was very happy with the completed job. So far it has only been a couple days but three of my neighbors have commented on how beautiful my driveway and walkway came out. My back patio also looks so nice and clean and almost as good as when I moved in. They pressure cleaned the back patio and cleaned all the back windows. I would definitely recommend Glass Act Window and Exterior Cleaning for your cleaning and sealing needs.

horrible execution and even more so not willing to refund any substantial amount to help cover cost of having someone else come out to repair their shotty work. Work was done in May and it is Dec now without any proper resolution. I was offered a measly $75 dollars for what is now a non functional corner or my driveway I can literally pick up my pavers by hand. They did a great cleaning job however that was not my main purpose of hiring them. They made promises they could not deliver on and dodged the responsibility of coming back to fix it properly. Both myself and my neighbor will never use this company again for any reason under the sun. I was there was a zero star rating to be honest!

They pressure cleaned a patio of a townhouse getting ready to put on the market. The patio looks brand new. We have used them to clean gutters and windows . The work is impeccable. They were on time and it was cleaned in a timely manner. I will use them in the future.

The crew ran late. They did call and apologize and ask if it was ok. We said yes. However from there it was very shady. Upon arrival I mentioned that I’d not received a written estimate. The tech said he had it. I asked him to show me and he said he had connections issues and couldn’t pull it up. I definitely never got it. I just got it today after asking again, days past the work. Of course it was the after the fact. Then during the work, I was inside working and the tech was outside and I overheard him talking to Courtney in the office. She was coaching him on what to say to me about everything, like if this doesn’t work say that. Basically saying how to get the original price to do more, while doing less. I walked outside and he hung up with her mid sentence. I requested the service be reduced and he somehow then tried to upsell me saying every window was really bad. I’ve been in business for myself a long time. It was so evident they were not on the up and up. I let them do the work. Later I overhead the other tech talking about time wasted due to trying to upsell customers. I let it go because I wanted my windows clean. And because we are grieving the death of a child. I didn’t have the energy or inclination to go toe to toe. However this morning I woke up and decided others should be aware. I used Dylan last year for windows and the roof. He seemed honest. I’m not sure why or what has changed but it all felt very sleazy this year. Not ok. I’m sure they will post a rebuttal. In what aspect I’m not sure. Get a true written estimate ahead of time. Buyer beware. The work was handled decently not perfectly. Chairs were moved on deck and not put back. Dirt remained here and there. They offered to come back. I declined. I don’t want them here. I don’t have energy to deal with it.

AJ, Joey, and Derrick were right on time, they did the job no muss no fuss. I didn't know my windows could be so clean, all 3 personable and professional. A.J and his crew arrived on time and went right to work. They use special water that means sparkling windows with little fuss or mess. Our house is two storey with many many windows of all kinds and the 5 person crew took 2 1/2 hours to complete the job.

I choose Glass Act because they had no bad reviews. I can now see why! They provided excellent customer service while setting up the appointment with top notch communication. They came with multiple people so the job could be completed timely. They showed up on time and immediately got to work. They all looked professional and were extremely courteous. AJ was on fire! The entire experience with Glass Act was professional from start to finish. Kourtney and AJ, the husband and wife owners are personally engaged throughout the process. Kourtney promptly scheduled a visit to estimate the cost of the work and emailed a formal quote shortly thereafter. Upon our acceptance of the quote the work was scheduled for their next opening with emailed confirmation and appointment reminders. AJ and his two man team showed up promptly on the scheduled date and immediately went to work. He and his team are highly professional and beyond competent. But most importantly they took great care treating our home as if it was their own. The quality of the work was excellent and far superior to that of previously used vendors. Have no hesitation in hiring Glass Act for the services they provide. We will be using them on a regularly scheduled basis for all our future needs.
