It is unfortunate that by offering to refund your payment in full for that service and offer a free driveway cleaning, we were unable to provide you with a satisfactory resolve. Your neighbor has stated verbally and in his 5-star review that he is very happy with our work, has referred us to his friends, and plans to use us many times again. Again, we apologize that you’ve changed your mind and are now no longer happy with the work we provided you with 7 months ago after many attempts to rectify the unfortunate situation of not being to repair your paver edge.
