Install was not clean. They also advised me to purchase a control 4 unit that has gone offline on 3 separate occasions thus charging me $150 per visit to reprogram I would never buy or use them again

I have been using Best Buy for 10 or 12 years now. Their prices are pretty good and they are professional.

The radio I wanted was on sale the previous week, you missed out on the sale price because of a misunderstanding and they gave it to me at the sale price any way. I scheduled to have the radio installed the following week. They have a lifetime warranty on the installation.

I was happy with the work. They were responsive and punctual.

Their quote was the highest I received, by far. I chose to use someone else.

They appear to be overwhelmed with the amount of work they are taking on, they did a fair job of getting my computer back up and running, it doesn't run the same, much slower. They were pleasant, knoledgeable and polite just over whelmed. Their prices are high and it's the menu pricing either you spend $200 or $300 just to get in the door.

I used the service from Angie's list. The store was nearby. I explained my problem and they told me what they would do very thoroughly. It was done in the time frame that they quoted.

They show up when they say they are going to show up. They are the only computer repair company that will actually call you back. You can even go online to their website and select to have them call you in a certain amount of minutes and they will call you at that time. They're even funny to talk to over the phone. They are our go to computer people from now on. They come out to your house and they also guarantee that they'll fix your problem or they'll give you your money back.

Best Buy pleasantly surprised me when it came to me buying a computer from them. They may not be the best place in the world to buy from depending on the level of help you require, though. I was more than pleased with the price I paid. I will say that I had done much homework and research prior to buying from them. I also brought with me a friend who is highly knowledgeable about computers, how they function, and what needs I had that specifically needed to be met. I would happily buy again from Best Buy in the future because if you hit them at the right time with the right sale, you can make our really well. I will advise that you not go and shop for a computer there unless either you are really knowledgeable about what you want, or you have someone with you who speaks computer lingo.

THEY ARE A VERY GOOD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL. THEY ALWAYS GET THE PROBLEM FIXED RIGHT AWAY. THEY HAVE THE CHEAPEST PRICES FOR THE WORK THAT THEY DO.
