Furniture TLC - Leather Furniture Repair

the staff was efficient, helpful, caring and accommodating...I would not go any place else. my husband and I are "snow birds" and didn't know where to go. I checked Angie's List and choose TLC because of their ratings.  Thanks TLC and thanks Angie!

We contacted TLC to get a quote on fixing our leather sofa. We spoke with a lady who said to send her pics of our couch for an estimate, which we did right away. Sadly, there was no reply, so we left two more messages which also weren't replied to.
Needless to say I wouldn't recommend them to anybody.  You can just imagine how lousy the service would be if they're this poor on following up on a sales call

It went very well. They arrived on time.

She sent the warehouse manager to our home to take a look at the chairs. He made some recommendations, removed and repaired the chairs. Plus, they were returned all polished, re-glued and screwed (and in excellent condition) within three days. Wendy stayed in touch throughout the process so we always knew the status. Wonderful work, great service and reasonable prices.
I'll be using them again when I reupholster our sofa.

They had to come back a few times but they did the work for me. They had a very nice phone rep, extremely caring and I would definitely use them again in the future. They also came when they said they would.
