 + -1 moreI called Fred and FTS because I am buying a foreclosed home and wanted to ensure that the property was in line with the area (Loxahatchee, FL) Fred, was a bit behind for our appointment, but did a very diligent job and worked with me on getting the report rushed as I am in my inspection time. Overall, he did a thorough evaluation of the house I'm buying, looked at comparable sales in the same area (within 2 miles of property), and gave me great piece of mind. He was extremely professional and I enjoyed his demeanor. I would highly recommend FTS again and use them in the future.
Description of Work: Fred visited a house I am purchasing and performed an appraisal on a cash deal home.
