Great group to work with. They really understand their business. They were able to provide guidance on not only some networking issues, but also, recommend some surveillance and access control solutions.

Provider was very professional!Took the time to explain everything in detail. They were able to resolve the printing issues over the phone. They asked to remote into the computer I was working on and took care of everything!

The receptionist was extremely friendly and professional during the initial call. He took some information about our company and the issue at hand. A technician called us back within 15 minutes and talked me through providing remote access. The technician, was provided control of the unit, worked on it for a few minutes, diagnosed the issues and called back to discuss. I authorized the work and after about two hours, the computer was functioning great again!. We will definitely use them again in the future!

FRS Pros were absolutely fantastic! They responded to my call right away and were so friendly and accommodating. They truly understood how important this was for me and had one of their expert technicians remotely log in to my computer. They explained everything to me step by step and were able to locate the problem and resolve it fairly quickly! It happened to be due to a combination of things, partly user error (my fault) but mostly because of how my network and systems were set up. They were really nice about the whole thing and even gave me a first time customer discount :). I have them scheduled to come out and do a full assessment of my office to make sure there's nothing else that needs to be taken care of before it causes a bigger problem.
