My refrigerator stopped cooling in middle of the night. First thing in morning called another appliance repair company and was told I would have to wait a day. I explained that I would lose all the food in freezer and main compartment, the receptionist was not sympathic and explained that no service person would be in my area until the next day. Called Franchise appliance repair and Charles was here bright and early!!! He fixed the relay switch which was broken and I did not lose any food.

Chuck was great! He came exactly on time and went to work. He found problems with the parts on the Thermador stovetop, and said he have to get back to us the next day with a quote. After examining the refrigerator, he said it was fine and showed us how to readjust the settings, and suggested lubricating the the door gasket with vaseline.
The next day he called with the price on the stove parts which was quite high. He said he model was discontinued and other things might go wrong at a later date and he didn't think the investment into the repair was worth doing.
The freezer is now colder than it has been since we moved here.
A friendly, honest, competent and fair man. I'd gladly use him again and the company that recommended hm.

They did a great job. Their prices were good. They were professional and knowledgeable. They looked at my washer too and told me I don't need anything to fix on it. They didn't charge me anything for that.

Chuck arrived in the time frame he had given us. He very quickly identified the problem, and he replaced the solenoid within a half hour. He was professional and courteous, and we thought the price was very fair. He came recommended to us from another appliance repair person. This person didn't fix ice dispensers, and he recommended Chuck. Chuck says he fixes all types of appliances.

I thought they might have been a little high on the freon but the service was good. The refrigerator is still working. He seemed like an honest gentleman. He was very professional. He was also neat and clean.

I called another repair business I'd found on Angie's list. As soon as I explained my problem, that person said, "You need to talk to Chuck. He's the specialist for these dispenser things. I'll give you his number..." I called Chuck, and the rest is history. I definitely recommend him, and if his expertise is recommended by others in the business, he's a couple steps up the ladder from the usual repair person.
