"Pool Service ? Fountain Blue Pools has high standards in every department. In the Service Dept. specifically we went through a transition as it pertains to labor because standards were lack luster. Fountain Blue will not accept poor standards. Fountain Blue has an entire team of customer service professionals to address all questions as well as service concerns if we?re not meeting a client?s expectations. Pool Build ? When Fountain Blue builds a pool it is highly recommended to continue weekly pool cleaning with Fountain Blue so that the warranty on the pool as well as all the equipment is not compromised. The Swimming Pool Industry is inundated with unqualified technicians, with no insurance, no workers comp., and no license. A homeowner will assume and bare all the risk if something happens!! New Pool Cleaning Platform ? With the advent of artificial intelligence we are delighted to be able to offer our new Intellitouch program with a state-of-the-art pool vacuum and the ability to have a clean pool 24/7 7 days a week at your choosing. This is a platform that Fountain Blue Pools will be rolling out from Parkland to Port Saint Lucie over the next several months. At this time, we are receiving wonderful feedback from our customers that are experiencing the new platform. This State-of-the-art pool cleaner does run on electric just like your swimming pool lights and will never be compromised by lack of suction in the swimming pool. Pool Chemistry vacillates day over day depending upon environmental conditions and use. Based on the feedback we are receiving we are encouraging every customer to participate in our new Intellitech Pro Service Program. Currently we have several customers that are not participating in the new program and are still being provided weekly pool service and maintenance by Fountain Blue Pools. "To Whom It May Concern: WARNING TO ALL HOMEOWNERS?HIRE ONE PROFESSIONAL, LICENSED, AND INSURED, CONTRACTOR!!! Please be advised?Fountain Blue Pools builds and renovates numerous pools per year. Fountain Blue Pools is an award winning pool builder and takes tremendous pride in their workmanship. Fountain Blue Pools has an office staff to support the customer throughout the entire building process. This homeowner hired several different independent contractors to work on the swimming pool project, which has proven to be very problematic for the homeowner. When building a swimming pool there can be bumps along the way?a competent construction team resolves the issue and the project moves on. When building a pool there are inspections along the way and there are times when a correction is required?this is standard in the industry. The pool was given a Notice of Completion by the building department. The homeowner contacted Fountain Blue Pools with a small list of concerns. These concerns were inspected and deemed standard to industry building codes. The homeowner then contacted our insurance provider. A site visit was scheduled to investigate a small list of concerns. The insurance investigator reviewed he concerns with the homeowner and the field construction foreman for Fountain Blue Pools. The claim was denied and no additional action was taken. Responsible reporting is very important to the consumer looking to build a pool?Fountain Blue Pools encourages ever customer to do their due diligence?a companies tract record speaks louder than words!!"
