He provided a very detailed home inspection report as well as a Wind Mitigation report and a 4-point report for the insurance companies.
He did a extremely thorough job and found some issues which would have been hard to see. He checked every door and window and even reported how easily they open/close etc. Found some issues with the pool, and an electric issue which was potentially dangerous.
He was more than willing to spend time with me on the phone, advise on repairs and on several occasions was willing to resend. He was always courteous and pleasant.
This is my 8th home purchase and I can say that his inspection was the most comprehensive report that I have ever received. Needless to say, I would recommend him to anyone. He is a first rate professional.
