First let me say that before I located this company I had dealt with numerous tile companies and that either didn't speak any english to simply communicate or just wouldn't show up after setting up an appointment. I found an ad for Floors & More II on craigslist.org and gave the number listed a call. I spoke with Jim Knowles and we setup an appointment for him to visit my home the same day. Jim was on time and was very knowledgeable about his services. We agreed on and price and the work was started two days later. Jim had two guys doing the work and they were on time, courteous and did a great job on the tile work. Four days later we had our tile completed and was very satisfied with the result. The ease of having this done was amazing, all I had to do was pay and they did the rest... worry free. I highly recommend this company and any flooring needs you may have.
