We had tile removed and engineered wood installed. During the removal process, it went well, but there were a few hiccups along the way. The dumpster was late by a couple days, so instead of being able to remove the tile as they went, there were piles in the house until the dumpster got there. When the project was presented to us they said the house would be sectioned off with a zippered plastic. That didn't happen. I was told to provide them with ac filters that would be replaced daily, and at the end of the project I found the same pile of filters, unused. Aside from that, the demolition phase was good. The workers were respectful and kind, and they did a good job.

The wood installation went well, the punch list at the end never was completed. There were miscommunications between me, the installer, and the person supervising the job. As a result, there are still a couple places where there is no baseboard, quarter round around kitchen cabinets.

I'd consider using them again, but would explore other options.

They did a great job. They didn’t try to sell me the most expensive thing so I am very happy about that. They were honest. I was very happy with their responsiveness. They were on time, if not early. They were great. I would absolutely use them again in the future if necessary.

They give you job description on estimate. We have an old floor which is hard to match everything not loosing a old character but they did very good job. However I had to be on top of them on schedule otherwise they will take longer to finish than they said. We had to go over about the color of filling and they spilled a little polyurethane on front porch.

Very well over all. They knew that I wasn't moving in to the house right away so the start date was pushed back and the job took longer than expected but they took their time and made sure everything was right. I was really happy with the education Tom gave me regarding all the different materials and ended up being very happy with my final choice. A week doesn't go by that I say out loud how much I love my wood floors. I say that I got more than my money's worth because there were a few things around the house that they didn't need to do but they went above and beyond and made sure that I was happy. I was very nervous because I have had contractors get paid and not return my calls to fix small items.
