They charged me for porcelain tile and ordered glazed tile from China. I promptly fired them and bought my own porcelain tile.

Jamil Estrella’s presentation and knowledge won me over. He treated me very professional and at the same time like I was his only customer. I would recommend him to my family and friends.

Very professional from the estimate to the finish product. Helped me through the entire process & whatever I didn’t understand they explained it in detail. I had laminate flooring installed and it came out better than I thought it would. They arrived on time and were professional and didn’t leave a mess behind. Start to finish, they were great! Understood my budget, what i was trying to achieve with the bathroom remodel, and didnt try to change anything. Was by far the best fair price. Fast and efficient, early to arrive even. would absolutely recommend and will definitely use them again.

if you have a tight time frame dont expect it to be done but once it is finished it will look amazing just make sure you give them at least 9 days

Floor Covering did a good job on my tile floor but their pricing was misleading. I was told one price before the start of the work but was charged almost $200 more upon completion. Jamill had the nerve to tell me it wasn't that big of a difference and doesn't remember he quoted me the lower price. I feel as a reputable company they could have done much better. Don't treat your customers like that!!!

i got four estimates for a bath room remodel floor modeling was the best price value by far and when i saw the tile and materials they used i was impressed, my batroom was built in the 70s now it looks like a bathroom in a modern, expensive hotel good quality material and craftmanship work crews skillfull and personable i would also like to thank alex noriega for makeing every thing go smoothly, completely satisfied 5 out of 5 stars paul weaver

Samil was responsive. They did a quick and great job at changing a floor at 2/3 of the Lowe’s price and a fraction of the time. Will def keep them in mind for next project

Reading these reviews i find it hard to believe this is the same company that i dealt with , maybe they sold the franchise to another owner or maybe they just saw stupid written on my face. With that being said this is one of the worse experiences i have ever had dealing with a franchised company in my life. I was contacted by this company from a ad i posted on home advisor, originally i was going to demo my bathroom and put up new durock and water proof my entire bathroom i just needed a company to do the tile work because i am pretty handy myself, but i had alot of projects going on at the moment. I had an initial meeting with jamil the sales associate and he was so pleasant,friendly and knowledgeable i told my wife about him and we had a second meeting and even though the price wasn't the best around town we decided to just let them do the entire bathroom because jamil seemed to take great pride the in the work he claimed his company does. Jamil a shored us that everything is done in house with no contractors and that they would water proof the bathroom and do everything i originally had in mind to do myself. The person they sent over to remodel my bathroom was a contractor , doesn't speak English and none of what was promised was done. I contacted jamil about the situation and he told me that most of the stuff they use is water resistant , its not what i wanted to hear and not what i paid for but i already paid 50% so i let it go . I came home from work and they said that the project was complete, i looked at what was suppose to be my newly remodeled bathroom and it looked like shit, the mosaic tile that was suppose to run through the middle of my bathroom looked like someone had a seizure in the middle of cutting the tiles, they had gaps in the grout work , the edges of the tiles where razor sharp and to top it off the guy had the nerve to tell me i bought the wrong tile , he told me i got tile that was made for the kitchen and not for the bathroom because it was glass tile, what difference does it make if you put tile in a bathroom or kitchen ? you still have to cut the tile..... After expressing how unsatisfied i was they offered to pay for the tile they messed up and redo the shower and kept throwing it around as if they where doing me a favor. The new person did a good job but even after he finish tiling , they still had alot of issues . I asked if they tested to make sure the water was draining properly and they said yes , then i tested it and my drain was clogged with debri they eventually got the debri out and the drain working and within 5 minutes of walking out my house they where calling for payment on a bathroom that still had work to be done. Then after sending the receipt for the tile that i was suppose to get refunded on jamil the sales associate starts telling me that they are saying that is the wrong tile and that the price is different , after a back and forth the mistake was found and the issue was corrected. They were fast, pretty neat (I had some dust in the closets) But I would recommend them!! Very Nice and did a little more than I would have expected!!

Alex and Javier were great overseeing my new floor installation.

My husband and I hired Floor Coverings International to install porcelain wood in 2 bedrooms. Javier and Alex were fantastic overseeing our project. The installation was superb and we love our new floors!

Getting setup was good. Communication lacked once the project was "close" to starting. That didn't impact their ability to do the job in the timeline originally discussed. We did have a number of misconnections on decisions, but the team made everything right quite simply.

They were very professional and even finished sooner than they said they would. They went out of their way to ensure that we were satisfied with our choice and their work. I would definitely use them again.

The only reason I didn't give them a full 5 on work quality is because of a few things that when I complained they more than compensated for. Best customer service I have ever had. Jamill and Xavier are the best, both want the customer to be happy.

Jamil and his team did an amazing job installing my new tile. They were careful to protect my belongings, moved furniture, started the job and completed the job in a few days. After installation they helped with clean up and putting everything back in place. Top quality work. Professional and friendly crew I trusted to have in my home. The price and the quality of work surpass all of the competition.
