Each annual inspection must be within 12 months of the previous inspection. Flamingo schedules our inspections to be as close to 12 months as possible. A company previously employed would schedule thir inspection after 10 or 11 months, eventually requiring two inspections in the same calendar year. Flamingo is very reliable & professional, and respects our need to comply with the law without incurring additional, unnecessary costs to the condominium.

I have also used them for my backflow in the building and was happy with their professionalism.

When I called, a friendly representative answered immediately. I
explained the problem of slow drainage, and they had someone to my house
within an hour. The service man was professional and cleaned out the
main line in a short time. He was only in the front of my house. He
was able to answer my questions about a recurring problem. I just
don't know if the amount he told me was what was standard because he
said that he went by the book, and I wasn't allowed to see the book. I
called the company to ask what the price should normally be, and the
representative couldn't tell me because she just answers the phone. So I
suppose it was fair, but I can't know. If I was just shown the book
that they go by, I would have been satisfied.

Man came on time, wore little booties. Was clean an very thorough. Replaced my hot water heater and was gone within the hour. No fuss no muss. And a very satisfied customer>

"Flamingo Plumbing & Backflow Services, LLC does not charge an hourly rate. We are flat rate pricing, by the job or task. If our call taker indicated to this client that there is an hourly fee, we mispoke in error. Our records/GPS indicates that our technician was on site for nearly 2.5 hours. We greatly appreciate the opportunity to service him and hope to have the pleasure again in the near future."

With this company everything has went great. They are very responsive and through in their work. They really went above and beyond to get everything straightened out for me. The office staff was very courteous and professional. They even called the city for me so I wasn't penalized for being late on getting the back flow test performed. I will use this company again and recommend them to anyone.
