FAZIO'S MOVING & A/C STORAGE

First, I received the quote in a timely manner after I sent pictures of the furniture I was moving and the house since it was too far for them to drive. Fazio's provides a flat rate so you know upfront what it will cost. I was able to get one other flat quote from another company as a comparison and Marty's quote was reasonable plus he was much more professional.
Three movers showed up on moving day and even though it was a hot day and they had to go up three flights of stairs for the heaviest furniture, they got it done in about 4-5 hours. They wrap all the furniture in bubble wrap so there wasn't any scratches. Fazio's lends you wardrobe boxes for the move which saves a lot since they are about $12 new, $5 used to buy. Your belongings are kept in a fenced yard overnight.
The movers showed up the next day and unloaded everything quickly putting together the beds and my office furniture. We did have some breakage of Xmas decorations that fell out of the boxes during transport. That was my fault because the boxes were not that strong and I didn't seal them. Everything else was in good shape so am pleased with the overall move.

Fazio's was great. Everything went quickly and smoothly. Marty, the manager, was friendly and prompt when he came out to do the estimate. Fazio's provides a flat-rate fee ahead of time with payment not due until after everything is moved in. Price was great and the 3-man crew that came was fast and careful.

Fazio's Moving did a great job. They were very friendly, professional, and listened closely to our concerns. They were also willing to work with us on cost saving measures and helped us stay within budget. We had a minor incident (damage to our gate), but they immediately resolved the situation to my satisfaction. Accidents happen. It was their response to the accident that showed their commitment to customer service. I would use them again.
