Fantastic Maids

The work was okay, but was not spectacular. The girls were over an hour late. They kept getting lost and calling for directions. While they were working, their cell phones continued to ding with text messages.

I purchased a Living Social certificate for two hours of housecleaning
at a discounted rate of $40, however, when setting up the appt, I was
informed that two hours would not clean our size home and I would need
to add another hour of service to get it all done.  I agreed to pay cash
and the rate would be $29.95 for the extra hour. It is $34.95 for
checks. Sherry was the contact person. They sent two ladies who were
pleasant and friendly but were EXTREMELY SLOW!  They each took a
bathroom and although Shanika was very thorough with the Master Bath
shower which did have some mildew to remove, she took way too much
time doing it. The other lady, Ikira, spent far too much time on the other
bathroom and it did not need to have anything done to the bathtub
except vacuum it out since it was not used. Then in the kitchen she also
took a long time and did not even finish the job...did not clean the microwave
inside and other lady had to clean it. The kitchen is small and was not in need of anything heavy duty as it was quite clean. Left rugs piled in a heap and did not clean the floors or anything else in the house except one bath.
So for $70, I got one bath cleaned very well, but stuff left out in the middle of the floor, one bath cleaned pretty well, one kitchen partially cleaned and they left! I specifically stated that due to having a new dog in the house we needed
thoroughly scrubbing of the floors and only the bathroom floor was cleaned!  Three hours of wasted time and money and now we still do not have a clean home. Needless to say, I will NOT be using this company.  I
received a call from Sherry who offered to have them come back and
clean again and she would give me extra time, but at the rate they clean
I could not afford to have them do a whole house even with a discount.

Housekeeper was on time but preformed very poorly.  Did not complete the job, dirt still on the floor, surfaces not dusted, claimed that it was because of too much pet hair.  We do not have carpet and have a shitzu (they don't shed).  Bathrooms were done well, but nothing else.  two of the bedrooms were not included because they are closed off from the rest of the house.  When I complained to the owner of the business, she told me that they would be happy to send a qualified person out to clean if I paid another $79.00.  and said that the house was 25% bigger than it actually is.  We live in a 1500 sqare foot house with a large garage that she also was not expected to clean (and did not)  Argumentative and unprofessional rip-off - avoid!
