Family Vacuum took my carpet cleaner in and had it fixed within 3 days and for a very reasonable cost. Very friendly and never once expressed that it couldn't be fixed. I now know where all my carpet cleaner/vacuums will be going to be fixed from now on. Kudos to Family Vacuum Inc.

From the minute I walked into Family Vacuum until the day I walked out with my new vacuum the service
and expertise and kindness was exceptional.
I cannot say enough about the competence and fairness of how Mr. and Mrs. Kuschel treated me.
If you have a problem with your vacuum don't waste your time going to anyone else but Family Vacuum.
