I liked the initial design. Some weeks later, some weeds kept popping up and the serviceman had no idea how to get rid of them and did not offer further maintenance. A few of the plants that he planted have died and he refused to offer any replacement. I have had to replace them at my cost.

"The membe hired me to design and install a South West Catius rock garden, she did not tell you that I came back and replaced 2 plants, and relocate one, and pulled weeds and did the maintenance on the house 2 times for free. She did not run the irrigation, it was to expensive. I came back 6 times to look at thing for 3 month, all she wanted was free life time maintenance."
