This is the second time that I have used Excel Fleet Services. I bought my motorhome used from a dealership, I took it back to the dealership several times due to problems I was having with the Auto Park Brake. I finally gave up with LaMesa RV and took it to Excel in December of 2013.

They fixed it right the first time and I have had no other problems with my Auto Park Brake. I also had them do the Preventive Maintenance during that Dec visit. They changed the oil, numerous filters, lubricate the chassis, and a basic over all inspection for under $400.00.

While no one wants to have a break down on the road and have there RV towed, I was glad it happened in West Palm Beach, I was
happy that I was able to have it towed to Excel for repair.

I find them to be honest and credible. I told Patrick to go over the RV and let me know if it needed anything else. He could of "ran up the bill" by telling me that I needed additional repairs but he didn't.

I will be taking my RV back there in the fall for it's Anual Preventive Maintenance this Dec. It's a little bit of a drive, as I live about an hour away, but good service at a fair price is getting hard to fine.

We discovered the problem at the Cleveland Clinic, were concerned we would not be able to return tomorrow. Worries are over.

Expertly and professionally refurbished my door that was in a great state of needing repaired or replaced. The technician completed the work and I was very satisfied with the work. I went to pick my motor home up and was told that it would be no charge for the work that was done.
