"It has come to our attention that this customer was dissatisfied. We were never contacted and this comes as a complete surprise to me. I am addressing her issues with the following responses. #1) We would not inform a customer they they need a new pump if they are on city water #2) Obviously the previous company that she contacted 8 months prior was not able to complete the job in total which was apparent when we arrived and there were already brown patches and several other heads were needed to get the job done properly. #3) Being a professional company, we offered the homeowner an estimate to do necessary repairs to bring it up to a fully functional system. #4) When we spoke with the homeowner she was not interested in spending the extra money and was still basing her decision to not do the repairs on the advice of the so called potential home buyer. Unfortunately our hands are tied at that point and can only repair what is approved. #5) The timer was set per her request before we left and unfortunately we have no control over outside influences or power outages that can disrupt the settings after we are there. We were never contacted about the timer and would have returned to reset it if notified. #6) The water pressure in the irrigation system, hose, or house would not be affected by changing out 2 heads that are already existing. #7) We give a professional evaluation of the existing system and it is ultimately the customer's decision on how the system is repaired which dictates the overall outcome. #8) We have never received a complaint from the BBB as the customer stated. #9) We offer quality, dependable service and stand behind our work and expertise. We strive to make sure that all of our customers are fully satisfied."
