It's sad that people are allowed to give good companies a bad rating on this site when we have never dealt with them before. "I am sorry that my client felt/feels this way. I was never contacted by her about my performance. This was an older estate that has a huge amount of termite damage done to the furniture. The donation companies refused to take any of it based on that. They could not risk bringing termites into their stores. Per our contract it states that any additional trash removal would be an extra fee and that we would provide a price from a local clean up company. We only had two signs in the front yard, because the HOA did not allow signs at the entrance or anywhere in the neighborhood. We were forced to priced many items at a much lower price due to most of it being termite infested. I keep pictures of all my estates and will be happy to show these to any future clients in question. We do offer a full inventory list to our clients for an extra $50 an hour for that service. I based my estimate of the sale on what I saw during my initial walk through which at that time the clients failed to tell or show me any of the damage done to the furniture. My initial estimate is just that, an estimate based on what I see during my free consultation. Again, I am sorry my client did not feel that we did a good job in our services. We were never once called or emailed with a complaint, and when I spoke to her about sending her check she never once mentioned any of this. We would have tried to fix or help her with any problems that she felt needed to be dealt with."
