At Envirotech Air Quality Services, our qualified technicians are experts in the air conditioning and heating field. But they did a great job. They explained everything they were doing, used dropcloths, vacuumed any small bits that fell down, and did not try to sell me on all kinds of extras. They actually said two of my units were in excellent shape, and that only one coil needed to be cleaned. I am going to schedule that service shortly.
They took pictures not only of the various ducts, but of the labels on each unit (they are all in the attic) so I would know what brand/size/age of units I had (we just moved in to this house). They also told us of other things they noticed in the attic that we might want to be aware of.
All in all, we were pleased with their work.
