My dryer was making squealing noise when running. Bill Eaton came the day I called diagnosed the problem. He thought it was the barrings and possibly the motor that needed replacing. He explained the process of checking the whole dryer and approximately how long it would take. We discussed if the options and whether it was worth fixing the dryer if it was the worst case scenario and estimated most cost for the work. We set up a appointment to go ahead with the repair. He arrive a little early, finished the job and was right on the estimate. He explained everything he did on the receipt. I would call him again.
