These words - our statement of purpose - tell us what we are doing and why we are doing it... it doesn't tell us how we are doing it. How are we actually making car buying and servicing pleasurable? Of course we offer the obvious (and much-publicized) things like not charging dealer fees, Red Hotline phones, and Tires for Life. However, it is the routine, day-by-day customer experiences that truly make Earl Stewart Toyota different. Every decision made by every employee that affects a customer is guided by this question: If this customer was an old friend, how would I decide? Many companies overuse the phrase "The customer is always right"; At Earl Stewart Toyota, what matters is if the customer believes she or he is right. That is an important distinction. This philosophy is sacred to us. It is what has allowed us to thrive in extraordinarily difficult economic times when many others are struggling. The fact that we eliminated the dealer fee is a nice, tangible benefit for our customers. However, it is meaningless absent the underlying culture that eliminated it. We got rid of our dealer fee years ago not because of competitive pressure to do so, but because Earl Stewart felt it was the right thing to do. Car buying and servicing - enjoyable experiences? That is a radical notion... and it's happening at Earl Stewart Toyota.

They take it and 30 minutes I'm back in the car on my way home. I made a appointment on the phone, I showed up and was the second car in line and was barley out of the car before the service adviser came over. I gave my name and handed the keys over. Everything is an A there, they leave the plastic on the seats and the paper floor mats.

On July 24, 2012 I bought our pre-owned Prius from Earl Stewart. Everything has gone right as a result of my doing any and ALL services @ Earl Stewart.  Whenever something was needed like a special battery-it was replaced @ a better price than anywhere else. I even had just one bad cell of the hybrid batterys as having gone bad-they REPLACED it at NO CHARGE since it was still under warrenty.. I have to drive 66 miles, past many other Toyota dealerships to get my service. This we do happily because I know i will NOT get taken advantage of. They have a gitney service. They are 1 exit North off I-95 from the V.A. (Veterans) Hospital in Rivera Beach yet, they gladly will take me & my wife to the hospital and pick us up whenever we're ready as we visit patients there. We went there many times this way while my Dad, a WWII Vet, was recouping at that V.A. Earl Stewart Toyota has HEART & they really do CARE about their customers ! They also offer FREE TIRES FOR LIFE to everyone WHO GETS THEIR SERVICES DONE THERE.  I QUALIFIED FOR THAT !  Thankfully.  I recommend Earl Stewart Toyota of North Palm Beach TO EVERYONE WEATHER LOOKING FOR SERVICE OR A PREOWNED OR NEW CAR.

I bought my Prius from ES, and I was happy with the car and service so I decided to have my oil changed there also. I drove passed 2 Toyota dealerships to get from St Lucie to Palm Beach county . The oil change took 4 hours!!! I arrived at 9:45 and left at 1:45. I was told it took so long because they cut the staff on weekends but have the same amount of appointments. They gave me a free car wash for my trouble (I'm not driving 60 miles to get my car washed). The guy taking care of me (R) said I would receive a survey on service and asked me to be kind because it was his job. I never received the survey!

 I did like the my car salesman and my Prius, but I cannot recommend waiting that long for a oil change even though they have very nice bagels and coffee while you wait. And if you go, never on a Saturday!

Very nice refreshments in the waiting area.  They had bagels and cream cheese in the waiting area which is unusual. I thought the service was excellent.  It is a big place, however I felt the service was prompt. I would definitely use them again.

Based on the recommendation from Angie's List I contacted them and within minutes was very comfortable and confident the transaction would be fair and without the gamesmanship found with so many other car dealers. When I ended up going to the dealership it was exactly as I had expected; remarkable professionalism and a commitment to customer service.  | |In the case of this particular transaction although I had several options much closer and convenient I choose to drive 8 hours (4 hours to and from my home to their location) in order to secure this transaction. I must say it was well worth the trip, not just because I saved over $1000 compared to other dealerships closer to my home but it provided me an opportunity to show my daughter an example of an ethical business transaction in an industry that has a reputation for being less than transparent. |
