Sent text with pic of damaged gutter, Received return call 4 days after initial contact. By then had an estimate from different company for $200. But work had not been scheduled. To get the job he underbid and I was quoted "I will do it for $135". I agreed to this price, when work was completed told "no way it was $175, your getting a good deal". I was reluctant to pay the $175, yet he implied it was $175. I am convinced I heard quote of $135. Be ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN OF PRICE before any work is attempted. Written estimate would be the best regardless of cost of repair or project.

Did a lousy job the gutters leaked didn't complete the work, didn't return. Terrible experience. Would never use again.

I called Wade on a Friday after 5 only expecting to leave a message. He answered and once i told him what i was looking for, he said he could be at my house within an hour. On time, Wade showed up and i had an estimate in my hand within 20 mins. He then did the work the following Monday in the pouring rain. The work appeared to be great, no complaints here....

Everything went as expected. However, clean up was lacking. Pieces of old gutters were left on site. Found over 12 sheet metal screws lying on the drive.

The response time to my initial phone call was great. He called me later that same day and came out the next to give me the estimate.Wade came out in the pouring rain to do the work. He did a good job. He even got me a small piece of gutter as a replacement part, but we decided not to use it after all.

He advised me in detail of the most cost effective and sensible ways to install gutters and underground drainage to direct rain water away from my home foundation. He helped me see the true value of his outstanding service. It was easy for me to see that Wade treated my home with the same care as he would treat his own. They're very nice, very clever to deal with, and responsive as far as coming out and give the quote. It took them a little longer for them to call me back as far as getting an schedule in giving the amount of the quote.

very good. they answered the phone, and came out within a couple of days. the job was clean and neat and they were in and out with no wasted time. they even caulked an area I had forgot to tell them about.

They were just really nice people to talk to and work with. They did their job well, they were on time and even early. They offered further assistance after the service and said to just give them a call if I needed anything. They did something extra for me that I asked for without charging anything additional.

I contacted Dunn Rite Gutter regarding repairs to my gutters. I received voice mail and left a detailed message. I received a call-back and was informed that the caller was out of state and would refer my call to a colleague. That was 6 days ago. Haven't received a call from the colleague.

Wade said his "estimator" would call to schedule a visit. He never called the first week. Finally called the following week and said he will call on Friday to confirm Saturday appointment. Again, never called. I called estimator on Saturday who said he was out of town. Told him i will find another company. He did not seem to care about the loss of business. Not how you treat potential customers if you want to stay in business long.

Wade picked up the phone on the first ring. We made an appointment for the next day. He was on time and his estimate was very reasonable. He replaced the gutters the same day. Polite, professional and did a great job. Highly recommended.

It went GREAT, Wade showed up for the estimate the same day we called, on time. He was very professional and informative. He listened to me and my neighbor, explained everything that was going to be done, wrote up both the estimates and asked if we had any other questions or concerns. We did not, we both were more then happy with the prices and gave Wade the go ahead, This was on Friday afternoon, we set up for both of the jobs to be done on Monday the 20th. Before leaving Wade had said he should be out around 10 a.m. on Monday. On Monday Wade called at 9:30 a.m. to let us know he would be there soon. Wade showed up a few minutes early which was great. Both houses took about 3 hours to complete, my neighbor and I are very very happy with the work done.

Wade is responsive with returning calls, good follow up. Showed up on time, completed the job in one day, cleaned up completely. Uses gutter screws -- which look like the old gutter spikes and ferrules (which are awful), and are also better than the hidden hangers that everyone else uses. But I liked the gutter screws, they seemed to be the strongest option, even though not many people use them. I also did a lot of on-line research and was convinced that gutter screws were the best option over spikes and hidden hangers. I also interviewed 4 other companies, 5 in total, before making the decsion to hire Dunn-Rite Gutter. I received 2 cheaper quotes by about only $50 (I didn't ask him to price match -- he probably would have done so), but they were much less than the most expensive quote I received. I gave a 50% deposit up front, and balance on job completion. I did have one problem when the work was completed, after the job had been paid for. Wade came back the following week, and made it right to my satisfaction. I would recommend Dunn-Rite Gutter, Inc.
