It went GREAT! He was on time, very knowledgeable and professional. He showed me all the lint and I was relieved that he did such a good job as this is an important safety issue. He communicated well and shared and showed what he was doing. ( I did not go up on the roof LOL) I will have him back next year. I have no hesitation in recommending this vendor. Much better than Sears who confused me with costs and vents.

We hadn't had our dryer vent cleaned since we moved into our 2-story townhouse about 13 years ago.  My wife got Craig Smith's name from a neighborhood Facebook group where a number of people highly recommended his company.  Craig went up into the attic to get to the end of the vent that goes out on the roof.  He vacuumed out the vent and replaced the connection from the dryer to the wall.  He pointed out that  the connector was made from metal foil and showed me the warning label attached to the dryer which says that a foil connector should not be used.  He offered to replace it with the recommended type of connector and I agreed to the additional work.  
I am very happy with the work.  Craig was on time for the appointment, was very professional, and did a great job!
