Yes, I recommend this pro
$225
I spent about $225 on the job. I went with them because of their price. The other companies were a lot more expensive. They were very quick. I took the car to the guy and showed him what I wanted him to do. He gave me an estimate. I left the car with him. When I went back to fix the car up, he charged me price that was more than the estimated amount. He had done more work that I had thought was going to be done. I would not recommend this company because I think they were not very honest with me. I had to pay them because they had done the work. I would not necessarily recommend them. The vinyl/ leather upholstery on the driver?s seat in my car was ripped in a few places and I did not like the way it looked. So, I took the car to the guy there. I did not tell him to do the entire seat. I showed him the part that was torn and I asked him how much it would cost me to fix the seat. He told me that it would cost me $175. I was fine with it. He drove me home and went back with the car. Later in the day, I was wondering as to why he had not called me at a certain time because he had to pick me up. The next thing I know, two hours later, someone called me to tell me that the shop was closing. I told him that I didn?t have another car to get there. I thought it was peculiar. So, he came out and picked me up. I had only dealt with one man previously, but when I got there, there were two men there. One of them was the owner. I already had a check written out for $175. However, he handed me a bill for $275. I was confused. He told me that it was for the repair done to the seat. I had not asked them to repair the seat. I got really annoyed with him. So, I finally paid him $225. I think they quoted me a lower price and charged me another price because I am a woman. I do not see this treatment given to men. When I went back home and checked the work, I realized that he had done the work on the seating part of the seat, which I had not asked him to do. He had taken it upon himself to do the work, so he could earn more money. I should have got the quote in writing; it was my fault that I got the quote verbally. I think his work was okay, but I didn?t like the way they had given me a lower quote and had subsequently charged me a higher amount. I don?t think they were totally honest. They had done work that I had not asked them to do; they did it without discussing it with me first. I felt like they were ganging up on me. Another thing I didn?t like about them was when I was questioning the amount I had to pay they told me that they had provided me the service of dropping me home. I told them that they had used my car to drop me to my home. That was not a service. I told them that I would not have given them business if I had to sit in their office all day long. I didn?t like their attitude. I will use them again only if they did things my way, if they gave me a written estimate, and if they are punctual about picking me up.
