On his initial visit, he diagnosed the problem as a faulty motor in the dryer. We had initially thought the problem might be a faulty belt. After ordering the part, he returned and replaced the motor and the belt on his second visit. I was very happy with the service and would use this provider again without hesitation for any future problems with my household appliances.

Answered his phone right away when called, set up a time with my tenant the day I called to fix a washer that would not drain. He even came after work hours to accommodate my tenant's schedule. He was honest about addition future services on the washer.

I have used this company multiple times and they are excellent. Barry shows up on time and is very efficient as well as presentable. He makes sure to clean up after himself and the prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend using this company.

Barry responded very quickly, researched solutions before coming so he would have needed parts, and spent all the time needed to resolve the problem. He even cleaned up afterwards.

Barry returned my call within 30 minutes. I had guests, including 2 small children and my washer was making high pitched squealing with a burning rubber smell as it spun. He came out that afternoon and determined I needed belts. He had another appointment so he couldn't get back until the next day....which was Saturday. He replaced the belts and greased the machine. It's been working great ever since. It isn't often that you find someone to take care of the servicing so quickly, but to return on a Saturday is almost unheard of these days. I will be using him in the future!

This isn't the kind of work he normally does, but Barry responded right away. I explained that I had two very old and painted over exterior light fixtures that needed to be removed and replaced and sent him pictures so he could get an idea of the work. He gave me a quote over the phone and made an appointment for the next day. Barry came when he said he would and did the work, charging me what he said he would. I am very pleased with the work, and I would not hesitate to call Barry again.

He honestly can fix anything. He is very prompt. He is very professional. He gives very fair pricing. He is also trustworthy and dependable. I have done a ton of projects with him dating back to about 2003. He has surpassed my expectations on all the projects that he has done. I would recommend him to anyone.
