+ -1 moreDouble R maintained our property for 18 months with little or no problems. The company, based on information and belief, is in financial straits and is raping its customers tom stay afloat. Their contract is unilateral and of no moment to the owner when he decides to change its terms and conditions.
Description of Work: Used company for 18 months. They demanded a signed contract and payment in advance monthly. Their contract did not provide for any price change and when they tried to increase price due to diesel costs we stated they could not do that until anniversary of contract. They CANCELED our contract and charged me $50.00 for cancellation and refused to return the prepaid service charge for March, in the amount of $119.00. This contractor lost our homeowners association contract after only one (1) year for similar tactics of price gouging. Their response to the BBB was patently false and they are now rated poorly with the bureau.
