I've been using this company for 15 years at least. My garage door was installed and I thought everything was fine. The next day it would not shut. It is not operational at this point. I've called at least 6 times. I'm being ignored so I will move on to another company. Do not use, find another company.

As I was lowering my garage door at about 1:30 in the afternoon, I heard a loud pop and the door dropped down slightly on one side. I discovered that a cable had broken on one side. As we a fairly new to both this house and the area, I wasn't sure about who to call. There was a sticker on the door from Door to Door Enterprises. I was doubtful they would still be around since this house was built in the mid-90's and most other suppliers/installers are long gone. I checked online and found they still had a listing. Then I noticed an Angie's List reference and immediately checked them out. Everything seemed good so I decided to make the call which was answered by Yvonne who had to pull over to take my information. I was pleasantly surprised when she advised me that Earl Jr was working not to far away and would be over that afternoon. Around 5:00 PM Earl called to say that he would be leaving his current site and would get to me around 6:00 or so. He arrived just after 6:30 and proceeded to repair my broken cable as well as the two broken hinges that I didn't know about, retuned the lift and made the door function more smoothly and quietly than before. As a parting gesture he programmed both of my vehicles to operate the lift which I had been unable to successfully accomplish. He was a very charming and competent young man who made sure that my garage door was functioning and that our home was secure for the night. I couldn't be more pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism of the Company.

They were prompt, polite, reasonably priced. This company is a family owned business and they were very professional. The final door is beautiful and was installed quickly.

Everything went very well.  Service was efficient and on time. Installer even corrected openers which weren't working for no charge even though we didn't have to purchase a new motor. Price was lower than other bid I obtained. Good tips were given on caring for the new door and the old oppeners. I was very pleased with the professionalism and the service.

It went fabulous! They answered my call in person and promptly, they called before they came, service was done the same day I called :), price was very reasonable and very professional.  Many gargage door companies do not service all garage door openers, but they do!  They are locally owned and operated, not a franchise. I would recommend them to ANYONE in  heartbeat !

The service was on time and the work was done quickly. The installer showed me, after installing two new springs, that I can now easily lift the door. That was not possible before because the old springs were too small. He also informed me that Door to Door provides a lifetime warranty and encouraged me to call in the event of any future problem.
A few years ago I used Door to Door to install a new garage door motor, which has worked perfectly ever since. I will continue to use them in the future.

Quick and professional.

He made sure I could still open the door in the event of a power failure and even though the other door is the same age, didn't try to upsell to repair that door. I will definitely use them in the future.

Offered to make sure the remotes were working and swept the garage after.

Excellent people they performed an excellent job. Just as polite and courteous for the $88 job as they were for the $1,000 job. Very punctual.

Both times they showed up the same day I called and work was done promptly and professionally.

I called for service to repair the spring on my garage door. They scheduled the work for the following day after 5pm. Earl arrived just a little after 5 pm. He surveyed the garage door to see if there was any damage to any other parts of the door. Even though only 1 spring was broken, I had him replace both springs. He gave me an estimate of the repair and proceeded to replace the springs. Within 20 minutes the springs were removed and the new were in place. He explained the complete door operation to me as he was working. So I got a good understanding of what he was doing. He also REQUIRED that I move to a safe distance as he was tensioning the new springs. He was very courteous and friendly. He cleaned up the mess that was maded during the repair and took away the old springs.
