Everything went very well. Mr Donegan came the same day I called. He was honest in his diagnosis and helped me as much as possible. He even gave me an option to try to repair my existing thermostat before replacement. When he discovered it was unable to be salvaged and I wanted to replace it he had the thermostat on him ready to be installed. No waiting or returning I got it done right then and there.
