replied to telephone calls himself for scheduling. on time, professional, knowledgable, thorough in his work. he worked with an assistant in order to make the process speedy. in past years he has responded to an unexpected problem rapidly and at no extra cost. his fees are low compared to the other services estimates, and he has been prompt and professional in the past. he has been successful in controlling any insects with a single visit so we have been able to have privacy and maintain our own schedule. he has been helpful in the past to my aged parents and had always done right by them and behaved in a caring as well as professional fashion.
